ScyllaDB implements a Fair Usage Policy as part of its Cloud Services to help ensure that all Customers enjoy high levels of availability and in order to protect ScyllaDB’s network and Cloud Services against misuse and abuses.
This Fair Usage Policy is an integral part of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the Cloud Services and provides the guidelines for a fair and productive use of the Cloud Services. Therefore, ScyllaDB expects each Customer to operate within the following boundaries within the scope of its engagement.
– Customers are limited to a dataset size that takes no more than 50% of the disk space on each node.
In the event a Customer’s use of the Cloud Services exceeds or is likely to exceed the foregoing limits for one or more categories, ScyllaDB cannot guarantee the Service Level Agreement.
If your Cloud Service usage has been exceeding the limits for more than 30 days, we will take corrective action, including, but not limited to, temporarily suspending or, when other options are unavailable, terminating your engagement with us.
Please contact our cloud team at [email protected] if you wish to receive additional information or a custom plan quote with respect to usage which exceeds the foregoing limitations.
